The b/w pictures book titled ‘An Italian Story of Rice’, realized at Tenuta Colombara by Gianni Berengo Gardin, unequalled master in Italian photography, and Acquerello rice will be the main protagonists of the 26th edition of the International Book Fair of Turin:
- In the ‘Casa Cookbook’ area (Pav. 3), where 20 photographs by Gianni Berengo Gardin will be exhibited.
– In the ‘Show Kitchen’ area (Pav. 3) where Davide Oldani, Giovanni Grasso and Luisa Valazza will cook Acquerello, The Ultimate Rice.
Acquerello rice and Colombara are the main characters of Sauce’d Season 2, episode fourth, the video web series dedicated to typical and excellent Italian dishes.
Chef, entrepreneur, food journalist, Frank Prisinzano came visiting us directly from New York, where he runs the restaurants Frank, Lil’s Frankie’s, and Supper and Sauce. This year as well the Rondolino family will be in Florence to take part to the 8th edition of Taste 2013, an event that shows the very best foods and wines in the Italian gastronomical landscape, and that will be hosted in the rooms of Stazione Leopolda. More than 250 food and wine brands will join in; visitors will meet producers and sink into “Made in Italy” tastes.
Acquerello will be meeting you at booth B1, from March 9-11. Acquerello will be the main character in four scheduled dates, during the ‘Fuori di Taste’ program: an extensive list of dinners, tastings, conferences and meetings that will take place in the most symbolic places around the city, from theatres to fashion boutique, from hotels to restaurants.
Food will suit to modern lifestyle, because Taste is something more than an exhibition.
Acquerello Rice will take part, alongside other leading Italian brands, in “Di che pasta siamo? Dal campo al piatto”, (What we’re made of. From field to plate) organised by Boffi, a name that has been synonymous with innovation and design for the kitchen since 1934. Read more
Golosaria is a cultural and food fair organized by Club Papillon. The event puts a spotlight on the best italian food producers selected from the book “Il Golosario” written by Paolo Massobrio.
