Acquerello at the Salone del Gusto celebrating the Slow Food’s 30 years

From September 22nd Torino will become the capital of ‘good, clean and fair’ food, when the doors of Terra Madre – Salone del Gusto open. This is one of the most important international events dedicated to gastronomics and good cooking.
